Images are Delivered 2-3 Business Days via a Dropbox Link. For example, if the shoot is on a Friday, the images will be delivered on or before Wednesday. Need Your Images Right Away ? Ask about our expedite services.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy and No-shows $75

Images delivered via Dropbox are HDR processed, web-sized (best for MLS listings) and in JPG format. Does not include “Raw” images. For pricing of “Raw” images, please contact us.

Redding Real Estate Photography is not responsible for staging rooms, turning lights on/off, and removal of items not suited for photography. Realtor/Owner is responsible for following the checklist provided prior to day of shoot. There is a $15 surcharge for when the realtor/owner is not present for photographer to access property thru lockbox, turn off/on lights and fans, open drapes and blinds, and opening/closing and securing/locking up the property.
